very friendly staff at reception
No staircase from underground floor to ground floor, only reachable via elevator apparently. When big groups are using elevator from reception area to go to their rooms, people in basement have to wait a long time.
Shower in room 103 was attached with tape to rod. Some mould forming in corner of bath. |

Hotel is up to Novotel standards and the breakfast was excellent.
Location is a nightmare, away from any decent public transport except for tram, hence consider using to/from mainly taxis. |

The staff is very friendly.
Some rooms have a combined bath tub and shower which is unfit for showering purposes.
The sports area is a tiny room with only 3 different machines. In addition, the shower area is not separated by gender. |
