Check in and check out were easy and straight-forward.
I found it strange that the room did not have a telephone, and that it did not have a wake-up service. Fortunately, at the front desk I was able to request an alarm clock, but it was not offered initially when I asked for a wake-up call. |

Staff were polite and efficient and the hotel was clean.
Whilst you don't mention a restaurant on your site, it would be good to be told that there isn't one. The sandwiches offered were horrible. It is a long way from a restaurant and the train which was not clear.
The bedroom had no bedside tables which are useful. The shower head was too big and so the shower did not work properly. The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. |

cheap shuttle
My shower was broken. (I didn't think i would EVER see anything broken in Germany!!!)
The sheets were clean but stained!
No Telephone in the room made me feel insecure, and made it impossible to report the problem.
The door code (instead of card) was annoying.
No coffee (or I wasn't told it was in the lobby).
The location of shuttle was not clearly explained on the phone. |

I liked my stay at the Motel One. Clean and Quite. Great place to stay if you are going to the airport. Shuttle service is only 5 Euro and it is quick.
Only real negative I saw is there is no wake up service. |

Friendly staff, basic room
the hotel is only 50 meters away from the highway, so if you open the window the noise is indreadibly loud. There doesnt seem to be a working airconditioning in the room, just a fan. I wouldnt wanna go there in the summer. |

The hotel is very modern and simplistic in design with good functionality. Location is ideal for Frankfurt Airport and easy to find. Obviously everything is new and very clean
Price is acceptable but not really a great for what you get and everything (internet access, parking, breakfast) is extra. |

A very unique hotel with modern facilities at a low price. Great location and easy access to the Frankfurt Airport.
Would only want to spend a short time at this location because of the traffic noise and the size of the room. |

Breakfast, though mostly prepackaged, does include fresh rolls and croissants, as well as unlimited amounts of coffee.
Staff mostly friendly and helpful.
Good price.
Basin not in the tiny bathroom but in room itself.
Hotel in the middle of a non-descript office area - but right next-door to the motorway A5. Odd-numbered rooms face away from motorway, so the noise level is ok.
Distance to the airport may be 3.7 km as the crow flies. By car it takes about 10-15 minutes. |

The accomodations are not luxurious, but more than sufficient for a night's stay close to the airport. The hotel is modern, new, clean and quiet.

| Motorway next to the hotel. Aks for a room NOT facing the motorway, if you do not wish to sleep with A/C but with with fresh air and open window. the noise is unbearable otherwise. |
