Very good experience. Clean, comfortable and quiet at a very decent price. We liked the idea of having the light switches activated by the access card - environmentally smart - but it took us a while to figure it out as the reception desk forgot to mention. Overall - excellent - will stay there again.

Good proximity to airport and very nice/spacious/clean and well appointed room. Helpful International staff at desk. Outstanding breakfast buffet - very good with hot and cold selections.
Large hotel, lobby and common areas were noisy and busier than I expected. Expensive, but high quality restaurant. Parking not included, although the lot is exclusive to the hotel. |

staff are helpful and friendly.
i got the info from the hotel's website that the hotel shuttle also stopped at Terminal 1 Hall C but it was actaully cancelled. So I missed the bus I had to walked a long way to Hall A.
The website should be updated accordingly. |

Overall cleanliness was good. Staff helpful.
Hotel was several miles from Airport. Plus, there was a charge to take their courtesy bus from the hotel back to the airport. |

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, everything was very clean and inviting!
Paying 14 Euro for parking overnight as a guest. Parking was charged by the airport service, but guests should get some discount. |

Madus Service plus or minus 5 minutes, dependable. Rooms modern, clean, but typical hotel noises and relatively thin walls and door did not insulate the typical early morning noises that can prevent and relxing rest.
Food arrangements are over priced and undeserved/ The breakfast display was one of the best we'd seen on our 10 day Germany visit but grossly overpriced... at 18E a plate for a pre-cooked buffet; there;s no place else to go eat though, so they've got you! Dinner was a similar buffet, not a decent plate of sauerkraut in the house -- believe it or not -- and again overpriced at about 16E. Too expensive for the lack of quality and fresh cookedness that this buffet lacks |

Very good value we would return.
No air conditioning so we had to sleep with window open and the highway traffic noise was very loud. Intercity Hotel is in the process of installing air conditioning in all rooms. They informed us this may increase the room rates. |

| All rooms are not air-conditioned. We had to pay an additional 20 EUR for AC. We had a queen-size bed with a single-size comforter, not enough for both my husband and I to sleep under. The hotel was rated a 4 star; I would give it a low 3. |

Excellent even though expensive dinner. Very quiet hotel and comfortable for the night.
They don't charge for the shuttle going to the hotel but charge 5 euros to return to the airport! This should have been in the hotel description. |
