 Friendly staff, good breakfast, a good standard hotel.
 As most "standard" hotels, no real atmosphere !The bar staff were friendly/helpful, but the bar very small for such a large hotel.The cafe was not in operation during our stay. |

| Air condition did not work and the temperature was in the 32 degree Celcius,breakfast buffet had multiple choices but some of the bread was moldy and old and some of the fruit foul. |

As a "Bahn comfort Card" customer, you get free fruits.
Air conditioning in the whole hotel did not work and could not be repaired in time. That is why I checked out after the first night.
Electronic key card did not work properly (although it was correctly coded); several tries to enter the room necessary.
Breakfast service staff overloaded with work (had to wait some time to get a fresh desk). |

The only major problem with this hotel is that it gets extremely business for the trade fairs, and you may have to wait be sitted for breakfast. However, it does have a good gym and small sauna onthe top floor, although the cold water is not all tht it should be after a 90°C sweat! |
