Perfect location, with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was surprisingly good and they had a very reasonable charge for wifi in the room.

Very near to Frankfurt Train station. The rooms are big and clean
Noisy at night. Is not really easy to sleep with the sound of the street and the trains. |

Location, food, cleanliness are all very good
Have stayed here previously in very nice rooms but were hugely disappointed with the narrow, cramped one we had this time.
Despite advising reception staff that our friend would be late arriving due to a flight change, the particular gentleman on reception at 22hrs that evening (12/12/08)was very rude and wanted my friend and her child to move to an alternative hotel. Also, he failed to give her the complimentary drinks voucher. |

Both room (No.126) and bathroom were of excellent standard. It was great having tea & coffee facilities which is most unusual in European hotels. Breakfast was varied and very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to print our online check-in cards as they let us use the pc behind reception to access the printer.
Only negative was waiting at check-in whilst the breakfast cards were written. Perhaps just one card showing all the days you are staying would be more helfpul |

price better than most other hotels in Frankfurt city
room quite small, furniture very old, old TV, no street noise, but sometimes strange noise from an unidentified machine. Breakfast not bad, but not good either. |

| Great hotel for the money. At least in the low season. Paid 55 Euro! The breakast buffet was the best part. Great hot and cold food of all kinds. |
