Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

I asked for a twin bed room but was given a double. I asked for a room on the upper levels but was given one below. The rooms was quite noisy from the street noise and the sound proof windows didn't quite work. |

The hotel is very dirty and nasty. Paint is coming off everywhere. The single room is very small. The atmosphere is unpleasend. It is absolutely not a three stars hotel! They should give you money to stay there! |

Polite, welcoming and friendly staff.

Cockroaches! (Kakerlaken!) I killed three of these obnoxious little creatures when I found them in my bathroom (one on each of three separate occasions).
My cramped little room (right next to the lift and overlooking the Baselerstrasse tram stop) was surprisingly noisy.
I was mildly surprised not to have a hairdrier even though there was a power outlet in the bathroom. Also, the only accessible power outlet in the room was in a rather inconvenient place, so to power my laptop, I had to stretch the cable from one side of the room to the other; this was not actually very far, the room being so small, but a tripping hazard nonetheless. |

Very nice and cosy hotel. Friendly staff, all necessary facilities incl. internet, central location, 5 min walk from central station

quite noisy due to the close location to tram line, road and bad soundproff |

A very nice, and safe hotel at a fair price. I lide to be close to a train starion, but that is not always a good location. In this case it is fine.

Main reason for chosing Hotel Europa was its
location and the possibility for booking a single-room, which not many hotels have.

the reception is good and the people are nice and ready to help.

The room is a bit too small and too crowded with furnitures. Noise is another inevitible problem since it is facing the street. |

Flat screen TV

The room and bathroom were tiny, there were 1 single bed and 1 double on so little space you could hardly turn around without bumping into something.
No parking available.
Snacks from the mini bar supposedly 1 Euro each yet they charged 2 Euro. |

| Hotel Europa is by all means a very clean, friendly staff and excellent value for money hotel. Until now , I stayed three times at this hotel and every time I was very satisfied with everything. I would strongly recommend it to all my friends who are planning to visit Frankfurt in the futhre. |
