 I found a caring and warm reception, ready to answer my questions, providing discount coupons for neighborhood restaurants and very apologetic because the elevator was under repair. Fantastic internet connection, breakfast, responsive to needs, and over all very good for the price I paid. I stayed on the First Floor!

We had to hurry out that morning to catch a train. The employee on duty was most kind in letting us choose from available food for a take along breakfast. Appreciated this kindness.

Service was friendly and room was fine, just everything a little narrow.
 Breakfast opens at 7:00 am. For early travelers 6:30 would be better. |

Comfortble hotel, very convenient to anyone with a one night stop over in Frankfurt as its well located near the main train station and not far from the airport.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are extremely clean as well.
The location has a dangerous feel at night on one side of the property, as there are many drug users that hang about the train station. The opposite direction, however, is nice and safe. |

very close to the station but quiet. relatively old hotel but the room was clean and well equipped. i was specifically interested in the friendliness and capability of staff as i was supposed to have a mail delivered there and had to ask the staff to keep it until I check in.. as other people's review showed, all of them were consistent in their responses to emails /phones and kept the mail for more than a week.

WLAN worked and was free of charge.
hotel room had a good price for the location.
the lift is very small, I doubt that there is enough space for someone with large amounts of luggage. |

A wonderful hotel in the center of Frankfurt. With its very authentic facade and interior I got a real feel of old Germany. I would give my warmest regards to its lovely personnel.

The room, even though requested for a non smoking one, still smells like it has been a smoking room. Not just a regular smoking hotel room, but smoking room for an airport for all the smokers to cram in. All our clothes and ourselves smelt really bad after staying there.

The location is excellent, the price is excellent. the room was very good, always silent for a good nights sleep. Just opposit a gocery shop. very friendly staff. I dnt think that there is anything negative to say about this hotel. I never had to wait when i returned and got my key. very secure. speed check in a out .
free Wireless internet was a plus. very very helpful staff

| The television in my room did not work. I mentioned it to the deskclerk, but also told him it was not a big deal to me, so I don't know if it was fixed or not. |

The room was small, but arranged to make the most of the space. I did not feel cramped at all. The people at the front desk and other staff including the maintenance guy say hi when they see you in the halls, there's a computer in the lobby for free internet access which was great for finding places and checking train times, and the price was great. I felt I received excellent value for money.
