 Our clients are dissatisfied. In the beginning of hotel the employee has not seen reservation on the second client. We proved long that reservation is made. In one room water in a toilet did not work. Have not repaired it before departure. And very much a breakfast empty. |

| There were problems upon checking out as when we checked in, my credit card was blocked with the amount for the stay, and when we checked out, the deposited amount just cannot be charged, and had to use my EC card. |

Very enjoyable stay at the Flemings with kind and helpful staff.
Rooms are well furnished with stylish and modern furniture and the shower is a must-see !
The breakfast room is nice and clear and provides nice lounge music to start off the day in a good mood.

| I've been allocated a room on first floor just above the restaurant/bar area and I didn't sleep after 5am because of the chairs/tables being moved for cleaning or preparation for breakfast. This is totally unacceptable. From now on I'll request a room on 2nd floor. |

| Coming on mondays to this hotel, I annoyed to note that bread is stale, i.e. it is obviously from the previous day and this is not acceptable. |

Modern rooms, good lighting, but small windows thus not enough natural light.
Its good if you are with your lover- shower in middle of room!! We asked if we can have a room with a private shower but they had none!! |

| there are less and less tv channels on offer (bad reception for BBC world, DSF and no longer the premiere sport channels. As a regular customer, it might lead me to go somewhere else. |

A very clean and modern hotel. Although it is slightly outside of the downtown area, it is easily accessible by transit.
The WIFI service is rather unreliable, with a signal that is too weak in some areas for reliable operation. |

| a second blanket would be much appreciated. I also expected on TV at least a French speaking channel such as TV5, and CNN/CNBC as part of the standard package. |
