 - Free Wireless LAN, and coffee-tea in the room itself. This is very convenient.
- The staff is very friendly.
- Breakfast is reasonably good.
 - There is no proper work table in the room, which was a problem. The room is rather small. |

The location to the Frankfurt train station is the best asset of this hotel. The room was clean, and the front desk was helpful. When proximity to the train station is the primary requirement this hotel is acceptable for a one night stay.
Do not stay here on a warm summer day - with no a/c and a main street below it will either be very loud or very hot. The bathroom was tiny (but clean) and the pillows were terrible. |

Staff is very friendly!! Very functional, central, clean. Free internet downstairs.
The lift was not functioning perfectly. There was no hot water for half a day but it was a temporary problem. Rooms are quite small, but I believe it applies to all hotels of this price level in this area. |

The hotel is much better than I expected. I was warned not to go near the Kaiserstrassebut but I must say, I like it. It's lively environment and I feel safe. It's also close to the business center

The hotel is very well located for anyone wishing to visit the messe/fair.Onward travel is available from the nearby station. The staff here were very pleasent to deal with. Iwill certainly use this hotel in the future.

The hotel staf is very friendly and helpfull, rooms are clean, the hotel has free internet access for the guests and I received a free upgrade to a double room! I will recomend this hotel to my colleagues and partners.
