Hotel Garni Zur Post is located in Utersum, a village in the west of Föhr Island, over 600 years old. It is located right beside our restaurant, Zur Post. We look forward to treating you to excellent home cooking. The two buildings are connected to one another via a garden and a sunbathing lawn. The cosy rooms offer our guests all they need for a restorative stay. They have a friendly atmosphere and feature TV and telephone, among others. In the rustic-style breakfast room you can help yourself each morning to a filling breakfast from the buffet. Enjoy the sauna, solarium and gym and treat yourself to a dip in our small hotel swimming pool, in 30°C warm water with counter current system and a range of massage jets. The south terrace and the large garden with sun loungers and wicker beach chairs are great to relax and spend a few lazy hours. The sandy beach is just 7 minutes away on foot. Guided walks over the mud flats to the neighbouring Anrum Island are an unforgettable experience. Furthermore, in those tours in the mud flats visitors have the chance to watch seals from a short distance. The extensive network of bicycle routes is ideal for long excursions by bike. |
