    guest rating (travelling with children, private, 31-40 years)  (2,4 of 10) 
      - airconditioning only available according to staff as of June 1st (in Firenze the average temperature in May is already above 30 degree!!) - the double bed was not available, although confirmed in the e-mail!! at the reception I was told that the rooms with double bed are all occupied! - the room (42) we got was apparently used by the servants earlier. the bath tub was max 1 meter long!
