Just a few minutes stroll away from Florence’s main monuments Palazzo Pitti; Ponte Vecchio; Uffizi Gallery; Palazzo Vecchio; Piazza della Signoria and Loggia de Lanzi to name a few and the shopping district Via della Vigna Nuova; Via Tornabuoni; where you can find Prada; Armani; Valentino; Versace; Gucci; Roberto Cavalli and 1 km away from Florence’s main railway station Santa Maria Novella. The Santo Spirito district is characterized by its craftsmen workshops and typical products shops and the everyday life of the local people which takes place here and by the picturesque town landscape still preserved here more than in other districts of Florence. The district is also famous for its restoration; painting; design; fashion and Italian language for foreigners. By Car take the A1 Highway, exit at Firenze Certosa and follow it to Via Senese then to Via del Gelsomino and to Piazzale di Porta Romana. Following the road signs to Via Romana, enter the historical centre passing below the arch of Porta Romana. Once on Via Romana, the third street on the left is Via Santa Maria and the bed and breakfast is at number 21.You can park here just to load and unload your baggage.
