All in all, the people ar very nice. Insufficient personnel with 121 other guests during breakfast is NOT good for people not belonging to the big group and travelling by their own. But personnel (2 for 121 people) did cope very well.

The hotel really needs an overall brush-up, see carpets on the stairway! Bathrooms need to be changed to showers, older people will certainly have trouble in jumping into the bath tub. |

The staff was very nice, parking was easy and they let us drag our laptops to the bar so we could check email while having a beer before dinner. The wireless service was good by European standards in that you can buy minutes and use them 'any time'. That's much better than having top buy 24 hours of connectivity only to see it expire after 24 hours and you have only been on-line for 25 minutes.

Two suggestions: get firmer pillows for the beds, the downfilled pillows do not provide any neck support; As soon as you can, try to provide the wireless connectivity also in the rooms. |
