 Man at the reception was very helpful and informative. Showed me a wonderful place to jog and told me how to get to a nice restaurant in town.
 The use of the term "airport" in the name of the hotel is highly deceptive. It is 5 km away on a highway. I could here the traffic from my room. There was no refrigerator in my room. |

I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an overnight stay close to the airport. This is the best quality about this hotel.
The staff was officious, somewhat surly. There are no front desk services such as wake-up calls available. It's basically a nice clean room for a night; not a location to stay while seeing Vienna. |

Free shuttle to the airport.
Quite disappointing -- but what was to be expected? This is definitely not a three star hotel. There are no phones in the rooms. The "free" internet advertised does not really work unless you make tremendous effort to get the password to function. Even so, you must go into the lobby. Better choose another place to stay . |

This is a clean, quiet, inexpensive hotel very convenient to the Vienna airport. I plan to use this facility again.
It would be nice to have a nightstand between the twin beds. And there was only one chair for two people. |

Good location as far as the closeness to the airport is concerned.
Prompt shuttle service.
Nice room, comfortable bed.
Noisy from the bathroom side, like the neighbour was taking a shower in your room.
No phone in the room.( not a big problem ) |

Clean. Quite enough for a sleep&go stay.
Needs a bit of renovation. The cleaning should reach also some hidden points. And by the way, maybe is not important for the costs from the manager's point of view, but I was surprised that all lights on the floors are on all night long. Few sensors will do a great job there. |
