clean and the breakfast was great
the stuff was useless. we were waiting twice for more than an hour in their cafe to oder something to drink. I finaly had to go to the bar and when I complained the waitress was very unfriendly!
he guy from the reception was a nightmare too. Incompetent !! |

The room is confortable and the designe is nice
TV chanels are not sufficient, mostly in German an foreign chanels are exclusively information chanels. A movie chanel in English would be a good idea. |

| Leider gab es eine Menge Schamhaare im Bad. Da macht es wenig Spaß zu Duschen und die vorhanden Handtücher zu nutzen. Zudem ist es unmöglich, mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. |

we were very contented in our stay in this hotel and it was more than our expactation, almost everything was perfect thank you for your efforts.

one small adjustment:
the shuttle bus was not avaliable on 25th morning , this service is very necessary and have to be very accurate for make the hotel approachable to public transportation.
