good location, breakfast buffet good
linens in room "sparse" - only had one bath towel in the bathroom which had a wornout hole in it. Fitness room okay but could be improved (add elliptical trainer please, only have running machine, steps, bike). Internet access is 22€ for "buisiness connection". |

| WiFi pricing was an absolute rip-off. Very inflexible and extremely over priced - I paid more for 3x 1hr (valid only within 24hrs) Swisscom credits than I pay for 2Mbps ADSL in the office & at home for a month.
Minibar policy confusing - snacks/confectionery left on the furniture are not complimentary!, except for chocolates left on the pillow. |
