The cafe/bar was excellent. Room service was excellent. Did not experience the dining room.

The computer was slow and front desk was not very helpful with it. You have to pay for minutes but when minutes start to run out they can not add more minutes to the login number you are currently using. They can only give you a new login number, therefore, information you are currently working on is lost. Bad set up. |

The hotel is modern and clean, but has no personality.

The position is bad - although near the airport, it is near nothing else, and is in a really poor area which I would not like to walk in after dark. There is no feeling of luxury at all. |

Room clean survice is very good.

Hotel Location is not convenient to go to Center. We think that it will be much better if hotel has free shuttle bus service to go to Center at least twice in a day. |

the best point of this hotel was the position for me. If you plan to visit Sitges and Barcelona city, this hotel can be your answer(it has direct train line to Sitges and Barcelona city). Mr. Roger in reception is very kind and helpful. The price is reasonable.

Most of the staffs are friendly, but one of them is absolutely rude and aggressive without any smile. Hotel swimming pool was terrible as it seemed just more spacious than a public bath tub in my country. I payed EUR2 for 15mts usage of internet access, but only could check 2 emails due to the bad connection, and the room was not clean enough. I never stay here again if I come back to Barcelona. |

The hotel is beautiful in a safe and nice suburb of Barcelona. The taxi was around 25 euro from downtown Barcelona to the hotel. To save money on the transportation to downtown Barcelona. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport. From the airport, we took the public bus at terminal A to downtown Barcelona for 4 euro. Nearby the hotel we found pizzeria, bar, bakery, grocery store and a Chinese restaurant around the corner. Very convenient to the airport. The hotel shuttle bus was efficeint and free to the airport. The hotel front desk spoke very good English. He was polite and efficient. The swimming pool was a little shallow. The description from the website said that there is a whirlpool. But the whirlpool was the swimming pool and the whirlpool combined. I would stay at this hotel the next time I am in Barcelona.
