Very warm and nice hotel. Excellent bargain for the price. Very friendly and attentive staff. I have been there twice and liked it a lot. Both times I booked a single room and was lucky to get a double, spacious room. Breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of foods, and the hotel restaurant serves very good dinner too. The fitness room is very well equipped with everything you need to keep in shape... Closest hotel you can find to GSI Institute (Gesellschaft für Schwerionenforschung) in Wixhausen/Darmstadt by car. There are many big stores in a walking distance (toom, toy store, etc.)
No air condition - could be a disadvantage at hot summer nights. There are very few restaurants in Egelsbach (maybe 3 or 4), the town looks dead at night.
