The Regent House Hotel is located in a quiet area of the city centre of Edinburgh, and is very close to most attractions and to an important number of restaurants and cafes. A warm welcome awaits you at this attractive family-run hotel, where the original Georgian style has been fully restored.

All of our 17 hotel rooms provide satellite TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities. A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge. The hotel also offers a 3-bedroomed garden apartment that sleeps up to 6 guests. The apartment is well furnished and equipped and has a delightful patio leading off from the living room into a lovely cottage garden.

Our hotel serves a continental breakfast which includes juices, fruit, cereals and muesli, porridge, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Very pleasant hotel and staff. Very centrally located. Whereas the street itself is quiet, noises and smell can come into the room from within the hotel. Room not soundproof.

Lovely hotel and fantastic value for money. Very good location. Friendly staff who were flexible and helpful. They even washed a white shirt for me as a favour - no charge! Continental breakfast was okay, it's a pity it wasn't a cooked breakfast though, and it was only served 8-9am. The chocolate crepes were microwaveable - interesting concept. Staff would disturb guests in their rooms just after 9am, including on weekends, to see if it was okay to clean the room - there was no way to leave a "do not disturb" or "make up my room now" sign.
