Our room was awful. Cramped, no hot water in tap, telly not working,cold on arrival...very freezing day and heater had not been put on..., tea making ingredients not replenished. Managerial staff offhand.Offered another room but it did not transpire..we saw no-one after that.

Good price for the area The first night was like staying in a youth hostel, hardly got any sleep! The second night was better but still got woken up a few times with other guests coming in very late (up until 4am).
