      Friendly and good value

      The staff had no idea what to do when we got an unexpected fire alarm. No accounting for guests and many were still just inside of adjacent to the hotel. If it had been a real fire, many would have been hurt. The wireless Internet didn't work in the rooms, only the lobby.
