It was exactically what we needed as we were going to the air port quite early the next morning, all staff were really helpfull.

Front desk staff were pleasant and well trained
The bar staff need training the barmaid on duty could not operate the drinks optic and had to phone for help, this should be part of the basic training |

Theis hotel is very convenient for Southampton airport and good for an overnight stop.
The room was rather small and the bathroom door had been damaged and repaired and detracted from the appearance of the room. |
