The staff on reception and in the resataurant were friendly and did their best to accomodate our needs. we had a room on the corner of the hotel overing a busy junction. We did not sleep particularly well. Also we made a short telphone call to Italy using the hotel facility and found it was very expensive. The hotal staff could not advise how much the call would cost.
