Staying in the hotel is always enjoyable, staff is friendly and competent, it is a perfect stop-over being in transfer.I will book in any time when in Duesseldorf.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet especially as the hotel is on the airport grounds. The breakfast buffet is very good. The fitness center just has the basics. I ended up with a smoking room because all of the non-smoking rooms were sold out. Book early or expect to get stuck in a smoking room.

Staff members at the reception and breakfast restaurant were very friendly and customer-oriented. Upon checkin there was an explanation that the free mini-bar was to be re-filled after the first night - which did not happen. I made no noise about it because I did not need additional beer for second night, but the fact is, the promised service was unfortunately not fultilled.
