Very close to the airport and included a free shuttle. Room and Hotel common areas were very nice. I would stay here again.

newly renovated, very friendly staff, high-tech equipment in the rooms (flat screen with several functions, Internet, etc.), even early morning breakfast possible (4:30am)

Requested non-smoking room with Double bed. It was only possible to accomodate our request for a Double bed in a Smoking Room. That being said - the smoking room was very clean with only a slight smell of smoke. Would definitely stay there again next time we visit a Trade Show at the "Messe" in Dussledorf.

Excellent restaurant- and wellness spa.
Walking distance to shops and other eating places.
Easy tram into Dusseldorf centre.
Breakfast too pricey.So did not take it. No airport shuttle on weekends. I left on a Sunday- taxi costs 7 Euro. |

| I was surprised when I checkd in - a sort of free updrade without asking for the price I was booked for !!. But I must share a very sad point - in my room they had SEALED (100%) the A/c vent by transparent tape - I presume this must be because I was paying a lower tariff than the published one. I don't know how a person can survive in such a room designed for A/c with the vent closed (I just ripped off to have a peaceful sleep). For me this experience is quite bad especially in Germany & in such a high class Hotel. I almost live in Germany for almost 10 years - visit frequently and have used your Bookings few times. |
