Value to the price. The hotel is located in a quiet place with easy access to attractions and public trans. Very friendly staff and FREE INTERNET!

Good position of the hotel - not far from the city and not far from business facilities. The design is so extreme till unsightly. Dispositions of the lobby, stairs and breakfast facilities are inappropriate.

Friendly welcome and fast help with getting taxi and finding out where to go. The receptionist was smoking in the reception and the entire lobby smelt of old tobacco.

Interesting and different artwork and design in this hotel. Not at all boring like some hotels. Nice size room with everything you need for a short stay at a reasonable price. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, and nice to have some many different teas available as well as good coffee. We arrived at 3.30pm and our room was not quite ready but it only took a few minutes. The hotel location is not quite as central as we expected but you can walk to the best shops and old town in about 15 minutes.
