staff are very friendly, ideal location for me, and I will stay there again on my trips to Dusseldorf
The seperate toilet in the room was inconsistent with the refurb of the rest in that the floor and walls were badly finished and there was an unpleasant smell in it.
On turning on the TV the first two channels were pornography which is one reason I woudl not recommend this to my business partners as it may offend people.
Having been asked what time I would like breakfast at on the second day when I went down the lights were off and there was no one around. When I went back in 15 minutes there was still no breakfast out and noone around. 45 mins after the alloted time there was still nothing out but I managed to see a member of staff.
This hotel is too inconsistant to be recommended for business purposes (which is why I was there). Somone with a morning meeting would have had to skip breakfast on this occassion.
