Very good breakfast with a huge choice. friendly and helpful staff
no air conditioning! with temperatures of over 30 degrees not a pleasant night sleep. very noisy one night from music from outside the hotel being played very loudly until 3 am. could not sleep with the windows closed because of the heat |

I have never seen this quality for this price. The hotel was clean, close to the city centre and park. The furniture in the room was new, and bathroom was clean, so everything in the room was great than I expected.
1. I ask the woman at the recepsition how I can go to the city centre. She told me that I had to walk back app. 10 mins. There, I can take the tramline. The station in front of the hotel was the same line. And this line didn't go to the city centre. Take the S Bahn from train station to the Central Station. She didn't have any idea where the hotel located. She couldn't answer my questions.
It was loud during the night. Live music from park and hearing everything from another room -the whole conservation and other stuff btw a guy and a (escort)girl. Couldn't sleep. |

Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean. A big plus for having free use of sauna and gym. Most hotels charge extra for sauna/gym facility. Sauna failities very good and relaxing. I enjoyed this most.
Entrance of hotel (foyer)was a bit dirty with dead leaves and this was not very attractive on entry. I booked a standard double room for 2 people as it was on offer. But the bed for 2 people is VERY small (140cm). This was quite uncomfortable sleeping for 2 friends. So beware if you book this type of room. This bed should really be placed in a single room. |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The man at the front desk even ordered pizza for me and had it delivered to my room. It was very clean, the rooms were large, and the mini park out back was very pretty.
It is not actually five minutes from the city center. There is a convienent tram stop right out front of the hotel but it is a 28 minute ride to get to the city center from the hotel. Also, the woman was not very clear about how we should best get to the airport which cost us some time and a bit of confusion. |
