 clean, walkable distance to speyer.
 unfriendly service, breakfast only served between 9-9.30 on a sunday, can hear conversations easily from next rooms, tv remote doesnt work, tv reception poor/ no channels, very limited car parking. |

Easy to find from Speyer.Breakfast is good. Nice furbish but its a shame it is all badly placed.
Evening Receptionist was grumpy. The restaurant is too small for the amount of tables and chairs and therefore, it looks all improvised and full. Furthermore, hotel forgot to place a baby cot in our bedroom. We also had to go through the restaurant to our room becasue the main restaurant door was blocked by a table which was placed for breakfast (no space to put it elsewhere). |

Very beautiful room with lots of space.
The bubblebath didn't work. The bedlamp didn't work. We spent moren than three hours in the restaurant with two little children!!
There are nothing on the menu for children. |

Good rooms, bathrooms and closed parking area for people who travel with lexury cars, friendly staff, quit night, worth every penny.
Sometime wi-fi dosn't work, and sometime works, must be base problem, hotel management should invest on quality equipment because today's travellers needs wifi for trip planing.. |

| I suppose it was unseasonably hot in Germany during the World Cup, because very few places we stayed had Air Conditioning, and the top floor of this hotel really could have used it. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant, easy day trips to the amusement park, Freiburg, and Colmar...excellent value for what you receive! |
