New hotel rooms in pretty good condition, right across the shopping district and very near to the train station.

The ONLY reason it is not 4 stars is because it doesn't have a bar or restaurant on site. However, you have as many as you want by simply walking out the door. Centrally located in the middle of downtown, and you can walk to everyting. The beds were great, the shower was awesome, and the room was as soundproof as I have ever had. I stayed for 8 days, and could have for many more if needed. You would not be disapointed. It was better than the 4 star one I stayed at the next day.
