Very friendly staff specially at the front desk, The lady at my registration on Saturday (Do not have her name) was extremly friendly and accomodating.>> good work<<

The staff were wonderful assisting me with all my questions and accomodations. I also really appreciated the late check out arrangement. The "Fantastic Weekend" internet deal was great, and resulted in several of my employees also making reservations to stay there while we were conducting business in Darmstadt. Parking/garage entrance is not convenient to the hotel entrance, especially if you have alot of items to bring to your room.

The major shorcoming was that the hotel has no Queen or King size beds. we had two separate beds, which were fairly small. But the room #307 was great.
