Central location to City Center and easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants. Very pedestrian oriented at this location. No hot water for early departure on last day.

The hotel is within walking distance to the city center. After living in Germany for a year, I know not to expect the same level of comfort and friendliness as we get in the US. However, this hotel exceeded all my expectations.

Best Western frequent travellers get reduced or free internet vouchers, complimentary coffee in lobby, small outside area in breakfast room cleaning sometimes started before 8.00 with personnel knocking at the door...

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They also allowed me an early breakfast and a later check out which was ideal for my schedule. Parking is very limited as my car won't fit in a standard garage. Also, the steps going down to the room level past the front desk are very inconvenient when you have alot of luggage to bring into the hotel.
