Very friendly and professional staff who spoke excellent English. I was upgraded to a larger room because they had one available and they thought it would be better to use that than keep the larger room empty.
There is a pub/restuarant which served excellent food and the beer was also excellent.
The restuarant was a bit on the expensive side, but then I am not familiar with the average prices in the region.
