first time I've stayed in an IBIS in approx. 4 years and I was very, very pleasantly surprised..... highly recommendable....
the reception should loudly ask for a womens birth date and as well, as prepaiment was requested at check in, they should not close the account at the same time not allowing us to put the meals on the room account. Its emarrasing if someone from the restaurant phones 10pm asking to come down an pay the bill as it can`t be put any longer on the room account.
