Once upon a time, the main structure used to be a manor house, the mansion of the “Massaro” (the farm keeper), with adjacent premises, used for cattle and cheese stocking. The large rooms offer views over vast woods of ancient oaks on one side, and over a wide porch on the other side. Dinners in the dining room offer, besides the tastes of the traditional regional cuisine, the pleasure of a classy setting, the smell of the oaks, the laurel and the Mediterranean wood, penetrating from the large windows.
