Very friendly and polite front desk staff, spoke good English and more than happy to help. Impressed with standard of room, modern, clean and fresh. Few little "extras" in room, e.g. toothbrush and toothpaste, sweets by bed, mini bar. Would be happy to return and to recommend.
Bathroom a bit cramped around shower/toilet. TV choice a bit limited, even though lists English channels, most were still in Italian. Have to pay for Internet. Entrance to Hotel appears suddenly, kept on missing it, even with Sat Nav! :-)
