In a very short distance from the Köln Messe (fair place).
Overpriced during fairs; room service not always reliable (minibar not filled up; towels etc for 1 person although booked for 2); cost saving measures are evident which in view of the excessive room rates gives a negative impression. |

Located conveniently near the fair and near the Zoobruecke, allowing to get around town by car quickly. Room is very nice. Ladies at front desk very attentive.
During a fair it is difficult to get a decent dinner. Staff in the bar is not very attentive. Parking is very expensive an dthere are no alternatives. Breakfast: early in the morning no staff availble for fried eggs (can be called, but this consumes time). Coffee is very average. |
