Hotel was a bit more run-down than claimed; bathroom door was warped and did not close properly; we were told that breakfast was included in our price, but then were charged 37 EUR for it. Staff was indifferent to this. |

Good location in the city.

It seems to me that it is real to include breakfast for this price per one night. |

The room was a lot larger than expected. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were comfortable and modern.

Room noisy since there was construction on hotel front as well as across the street. |

Very modern and clean hotel. Beds and pillow were very comfortable. Very spacious, great for families.
Very nice bathrooms.

Parking fees should be waived or discounted for guests of the hotel, too far to walk to the city center, specially during the winter months.Rooms do not have a safe. |

The hotel staff was very professional. The price, location and features (i.e. free WLAN in the lobby) are excellent.

There is an ongoing road side construction in front of the hotel (thanks to the city of Cologne!), but the rooms are quite and many offer a view across to the Chocolate Museum and the River Rhine. |
