 Extremely welcoming and polite staff. The hotel is located at the Messe, just right off the station. The rooms are clean and big. We order a double room, got a attic room with plenty of light and space, a double bed and a sofa. We're traveling with kids, so additional space for play was most welcome. The hotel has a very nice pub and a garden with parrots, rabbit and some other animals (kid's joy)
 noise from trains with windows open. The floor was a bit noisy too. |

Staff extremely friendly, perfect geographical position and very nice neighbourhood. Got a free welcome drink in the cosy pub and nice snacks as well. Wireless LAN is fast and works completely fine. The bathroom was roomy and the shower worked great. Room was cleaned every day and generally everything was a nice atmosphere! Very nice for that price!

Small, family-run-like, charming, not standard business hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
No curtain on our shower! Water spilled all over bathroom. Breakfast a bit overpriced (9.50 eur per person/day). A bit off-center,though ride to center on S-bahn takes 3 minutes and station is right in front. |

good location: easy access by public transport; excellent breakfast
Could use a minibar in the room; no hairdryer; shower plenty of hot water but it also spilt a lot wetting the entire bathroom |

| Excellent value for the money. Clean, quiet and very close to the train station (Koln Messe/Deuz). The bar was closed despite being advertised online, but there were several open on the same block. |
