The rooms were very clean, friendly and very accomadating staff, and great well rounded German breakfast and great table service. We were allowed to check-in at 11am and store our luggage for 4 hours after check-out. Great price for 3 single beds and breakfast.
 Three singles beds in a room - one bed was too soft, one too lumpy and the other just right. The pillows do not have many feathers in them. The room is warm and stuffy - if we opened the windows it was too noisy. I am sure we could of moved to a quieter room not faceing the tracks but we were too exhausted. The tourist information center near the Dom and Hauptbahnhof is more knowledgeable. There are so many hotels in the area that next time I would try another one. |

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, bardzo, bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, przepyszne śniadania podane w atrakcyjny sposób. Pokoje czyste, przestronne, okna wyciszone od strony ulicy. Hotel polecam wszystkim odwiedzającym Kolonie. Na pewno wrócimy tu w przyszłym roku

Very close to railway station and city center but quiet. Friendly service, checked out at 5:30 and recieved packed breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful their command of the english language was excellent . The room was spotlessly clean. the car was parked in a secure garage.the walk to the cathderal through the train station only took a couple of minutes. We will be returning

Very friendly staff, All rooms are clean, well decorated. Breakfast is wholesome and ample. Location is excellent. Very good value.
Due to the close proximity to the railway station it can be noisy, but this could be due to the window not closing properly. |

Not so good for couples, lots of large groups and hen/ stag parties. |

| PARKING IS A PROBLEM . ON SITE YOU DO NOT TELL THAT YOU MUST TO PAY PARKING AND PRICE OF PARKING. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SAY IF HOTEL HAS PARKING AND PRICE OF PARKING. |

| This is a "no frills" hotel, but run by very friendly and helpful people, and it is located in the center of Köln, close to the train station, the Cathedral, and many shops and restaurants. The Rhine river is a short walk. Breakfast was served in a well lit and attractively decorated room. The food selections were very good. Parking is a bit of a problem. We had to park in a metered spot on the street, which was free overnight, but costly during the day, and time-limited. Internet connection was only by dial-up modem, which we did not use. The room and bath were clean and comfortable. |
