good location. Very convenient for all transportation :train , taxi, walking. Location in the middle of shopping street. Nice and helpful staffs.

The location is excellent. It is on the walking street (opposite to S oliver shop) and can approach to the train station and DOM easily. The taxi can park beside the hotel. The elevator start from from the ground floor. The staffs are very nice and helpful.The room is not new but very clean and quiet.The ventilation is very good.

Great location, helpful staff. Simple hotel.
Avoid rooms facing the street, as they are loud and BRIGHT at night. A street lamp outside the window would not be a problem, but they did NOT have heavy curtains to block the light, and I hardly slept. |

We found all the staff to be very efficient and friendly, everything in the room was perfect and the inclusive breakfast was one of the best we have had in a continental Hotel. We found the Hotel to be very well placed for access to all forms of public transport, the town centre shopping and many places of interest. We are definately going to stop there again.

Extremely handy for the main shopping areas.
The staff were very helpful when I had checked out but wanted to keep my bag there during the day.
Very easy to find (but then again I know Cologne quite well so would have found the hotel very easily anyway.
No negative things to say about it at all. |
