Very helpful reception personnel
 Room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. The next day our room was not cleaned until after 2 pm and the cleaning staff disappeared after cleaning the room halfway through!!! A telephone call to housekeeping ensured we got our room cleaned! Not expected at a Hilton!!! |

It's very comfortable here. I have stayed at several hotels in the vicinity of the Cologne train station. This is clearly the most comfortable for its price tag.
I would have appreciated a carpet instead of the hardwood floor in the room. It's also kind of pricey (breakfast 16 Euro)...well, it's a Hilton. I'll come back. |

hotel room clean and bright. hotel well positioned for restaurants bars etc.
a lot of noise from neighbouring room, and corridor. reception staff had limited information on good restaurants etc in the area. |
