 Location for visiting Cologne Fairground is perfect, 2 minutes you are at East Entrance gate (hotel is opposite fair ). Breakfast is an experience, quality, variety and taste is outstanding ! Spa facilities as well are very good.
 Prices may vary during fairs very much, from very high to bargain offer. Price for 1 day parking at 24,-- Euro is by far too high. WIFI connection only possible through hotel telephone line, although in the hotel leaflet it is mentioned that alternative provider ( t-mobile, vodafone etc.) may be through WIFI available. |

| Das Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient, der Boden im Badezimmer war dreckig, am Frühstücksbuffet waren teilweise sehr dreckige Teller gestapelt.
Die Internetgebühren sind viel zu hoch. |

Very clean, modern, quiet, friendly staff, well appointed, handy for Koeln Duetz station (5 to 7 mins walk). I may stay again.
A little expensive. The cheapest hotels.de booking for my Saturday night stay was 99Euros-room only. For this price it would have been nice for breakfast to be included. However, the optional extra cost for breakfast was 22Euros. |

Good breakfast
The prices are on the high side, with a more than average room rate, one has also to pay separately for Breakfast, wireless internet and Garage. This makes the hotel overall bad in its price quality ratio.
Some of the Reception staff could do with some "customer friendly training" Als at checkout it would be polite to show the invoice BEFORE the creditcard signing sheet is presented |
