good location for rail travellers
the semi-interactive tv was slow and often useless - you take too much time trying to sell pay movies and adult services - just getting to a tv channel took 5-10 minutes, and often the system crashed; other guests couldn't get their tv to work at all |

Breakfasts were fabulous! Requested a room with a view of the Dom & were very impressed to get one! Staff very approachable & friendly :o)

The price was extremely good. The service was friendly. The location was excellent.
The hotel has a bad smell. It's a bit like a really old gym or wet dog. The elevator smelled like urine. This prevents me from
recommending the hotel. |

Hotel was the best value we have found in Europe.It was better than we expected, very central and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend it,especially at Christmas as it is across the street from the best german market ever!!

The location was perfect, very comfortable and clean rooms.
Room size was a little small to accommodate any luggage. Also, for a 4 star rating, no toiletries besides liquid soap near the sink and in the shower were provided. |

Excellent hotel in central position, overlooking the Duomo and within walking distance of everything. Efficient staff, excellent breakfast and rooms large and quiet. We had a private terrace with views on three sides. Strongly recommended!
Despite the cleaning of the room and, in general, throughout the Hotel, we have twice requested a change of towels shower because those brought in the room were "not very clean". |

Directly in the heart of the city. Hotel has completely been renovated recently - even though some details of works were not yet finished, as for example the hotel lift. Rich breakfast buffet included in the room rate.
No own hotel parking, but public parking lots nearby at walking distance of ca. 200 - 300 m (at a rate of ca. 15 Euro / day). |
