Excellent hotel in a good central position. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very clean. Would recommend it and will stay there again.

The general staff were pleasant and helpful.
The rooms were unsatisfactory and in need of an urgent upgrade. The cost was enormous for a hotel of this poor standard. |

There was no air condiotining and it was really warm in Köln these days...
It was too expensive for the services and quality offered, with a 30% discount from what I paid, it would more accurate. |

Thoroughly enjoyed our clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Appreciated how close it was to everything we wanted to see. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay in Koln so enjoyable!

The location of the hotel is very good. Directly in the center of the old town of Cologne but nevertheless quite (at least our room).
The rooms are quite small and at least our room will need soem renovation. The price-performance ratio is not the best. |

The hotel was in a very peaceful square. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially when we asked for extra pillows. Breakfasts were substantial, with plenty of choice.
The hotel's entrance is not on Auf dem Rothenburg, and if the taxi driver is unaware, you will need to take your cases right around the hotel to the 'back of the building'. |

We could not fault the Hotel at all, the only difficulty we had was finding the hotel by car.
The hotel is situated in one of the back streets in the old town in Cologne and difficult to find by car. It took us over 3 hours to find it. |

the hotels's description as "am Dom" is not accurate: the Dom is 1+ kilometre away (whereas the same chain's hotel Europa Am Dom is correct) so nearest public transport is Heumarkt, not Dom |
