| The locks are quite antique and not very user friendly. One time the lock works perfectly, the next time it takes several frustrating minutes to get the door open. The last morning I actually wanted to kick the darn door in, as it just did not want to work at all.
Obviously, I am not the only guest with this issue, as the have a sample lock at the reception desk to explain what to do when you can't get the door open. That is not very professional. Think they need to switch to the swipe card system. This was frustrating enough for me to think about using another hotel next time I go to Coburg on business.
