 Hotel was not even close to any star rating.It was mentioned a single star on the site hotel.info.
There were absolutely no services.
1.It was mentioned breakfast is avalable on chargeable basis but there was no such service and no phone in the room.
There was no kitchen/service even to warm milk for the child.
2.Rooms were very small and stinky.There was hardly any space to move.
3.Radiator was not heating properly,we had a very cold nights especially with a small child with us.
4.We were given 4th floor initially and we were told to lift our luggage to 4th floor with a small kid.Later on lot of request 2nd floor was given.
5.Staff was non-cooperative and unfriendly.I had to personally lift my baggage to 2nd floor.There was no elevator.
6.I am not happy and would discourage my friends and relatives to use hotel.info.com site to book hotels.
It was totally unexpected of standards on hotel.info.
It was a waste of money for this hotel for my once in lifetime visit to paris. |

free internet wireless, fair location and price
very noisy room, I paid for an extra bed for one night but they did not put the bed in the room, so at 2 in the morning I was searching for a bed, and they gave me some blankets for my friend to sleep on the floor |
