The hotel appears to be doing the absolute minimum to retain its 3 stars. Decor needs updating. I was first offered a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor (5th) which smelt strongly of smoke, then changed to 6th floor non-smoking room facing the road and station, which was surprisingly noisy. Only one cup of coffee offered for breakfast (not included in room price. Apart from a larger room, Ibis (2-star) does better.
