The Waldseehotel Frenz boasts a quiet woodland location, directly at the Lake Amtssee and only within 5 minutes walking distance from the Cistercian Monastery Chorin, a famous monument of the German brick Gothic architecture. There is a lake with strands right by the hotel where you can relax.

The rooms and apartments are modern and come with bathtub or shower, toilet, hair-dryer, satellite TV, internet access, radio and desk. Enjoy the wonderful view of the countryside from your balcony.

The hotel is home to different rooms for your festive occasions complemented by patios with a view of the lake. Our festive hall is especially used for weddings whereas church weddings and civil marriages may take place in the monastery. In our restaurant we serve you culinary specialties.

We have our private horses waiting for experienced riders who can profit from our bridle paths free of charge. Rowboats and pedalos are also available for free. We will be glad to organise walking tours, carriage rides or hunting trips for you with a culinary stop.
