| Countless generations of the Gleize family have looked after this old 18th century post house. The latest in the family line is Jany. The balconies overlooking the orchards- the mosaic of paving slabs in the gardens- the cosy atmosphere and the little almond green shutters are his work. In the kitchen- it is time to reinvent the tradition of the Provencal recipes of Gabrielle - the grandmother - the delicious garlic ad oli sauce- marrow soup and baked cod gratin.
